The B&B is located in the heart of the city, near Campo San Giacomo dell'Orio, a lively and tree-lined square: the ideal place for Venetians during happy hour. It is just a 5-minute walk from the famous Rialto bridge and market, a place teeming with typical Osterie. Easy to reach on foot from both the train station (10 min.) and Piazzale Roma (15 min.) and only 300 m. far from San Stae waterbus stop, with no bridges in between.
The apartment is owned and inhabited by Mrs Genovina and her lovely cat Sancho. She will serve you daily breakfast in her cozy dining room.

The arrangement of the rooms provides maximum comfort and privacy for guests. Check-in is available after 1.00 pm, while check-out is at 11.00 am. Breakfast is served in a lovely kitchen room or, during the summer, on a romantic owner's roof terrace called Altana, overlooking the city's rooftops.
